Phuturdex raccoglie dati pubblici su farmaci in sviluppo e studi clinici da fonti ufficiali, li collega secondo le regole descritte nella pagina Metodo e fonti e li rende consultabili. Durante l'accesso anticipato il servizio è offerto gratuitamente, a scopo di prova, e può cambiare o essere sospeso in qualsiasi momento.
Le informazioni hanno scopo esclusivamente informativo. Non costituiscono consiglio medico, terapeutico, legale o finanziario e non sostituiscono la consultazione delle fonti originali o di un professionista. Le stime (per esempio la commercializzazione stimata) sono indicate come tali, con il metodo, e non sono previsioni né raccomandazioni d'investimento.
I dati provengono da fonti di terzi (tra cui ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA, NLM MeSH, EMA, Wikidata), citate con link e data di estrazione. Facciamo il possibile per riportarli correttamente e misuriamo la qualità, ma non possiamo garantire che siano completi, aggiornati o privi di errori, anche perché possono cambiare alla fonte. Phuturdex non è affiliato né approvato dagli enti citati. Le uniche fonti ufficiali restano i registri e le autorità citati: in caso di differenza fa fede sempre la fonte ufficiale. Puoi consultare il sito e il servizio per uso personale e professionale interno. Non è consentito: estrarre i dati in modo sistematico o automatizzato (scraping), rivenderli o ripubblicarli come banca dati concorrente, aggirare i limiti di accesso, usare il servizio in modo da danneggiarne il funzionamento.
I dati delle fonti restano soggetti alle condizioni dei rispettivi titolari. La struttura, i collegamenti, le classificazioni, i testi e il design di Phuturdex sono di Phuturdex. Il nome e il logo Phuturdex non possono essere usati senza autorizzazione.
Il servizio si apre con la propria email: Phuturdex invia un numero di accesso valido 24 ore, senza password. Durante l'accesso anticipato, fino al 31 marzo 2027, ogni account ha il servizio completo senza alcun costo, con limiti giornalieri di consultazioni ed esportazioni a protezione del servizio e dei dati. Non c'è alcun rinnovo automatico né addebito: al termine della fase l'account continua con le funzioni gratuite allora previste, e chi si è iscritto durante l'accesso anticipato (fondatore) riceverà, almeno 30 giorni prima dell'avvio dei piani a pagamento, una comunicazione con le condizioni riservate. Durante la fase inviamo un'email di benvenuto e, dopo la prima settimana, un'email con tre domande sul servizio. In alternativa il servizio si apre con un codice di accesso personale fornito da Phuturdex, valido fino alla data comunicata. Link e codici sono personali, non vanno condivisi con terzi e possono essere revocati in qualsiasi momento. È vietato estrarre i dati in modo automatico o sistematico. Il sito può mostrare annunci etichettati «Sponsorizzato» e collegamenti a siti di terzi. Gli annunci non influenzano dati né ordinamento. Non siamo responsabili dei contenuti di siti e inserzionisti terzi.
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Phuturdex non risponde di danni derivanti dall'uso delle informazioni o dall'impossibilità di accedere al servizio. Restano salvi i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori e la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
Possiamo aggiornare queste condizioni; la versione in vigore è sempre quella pubblicata su questa pagina, con la data indicata in alto.
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio.
These terms govern the free use of the website and service during early access (test phase), until 31 March 2027. Specific terms of sale will be published before paid plans start. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.

Phuturdex collects public data on drugs in development and clinical trials from official sources, connects it under the rules described on the Method and sources page and makes it searchable. During early access the service is offered free of charge for evaluation and may change or be suspended at any time.
The information is provided for information purposes only. It is not medical, therapeutic, legal or financial advice and does not replace the original sources or a professional. Estimates (for example the estimated launch) are labelled as such, with their method, and are neither forecasts nor investment recommendations.
Data comes from third-party sources (including ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA, NLM MeSH, EMA, Wikidata), cited with links and extraction dates. We do our best to report it correctly and we measure quality, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, up to date or error-free, also because it may change at the source. Phuturdex is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organisations listed. The only official sources remain the registries and authorities cited: in case of any difference, the official source always prevails. Groupings, links, events, calendars and estimates are produced by Phuturdex and may contain errors; they must not be used as the only basis for medical, legal or investment decisions.
You may consult the website and service for personal and internal business use. You may not: extract data systematically or automatically (scraping), resell or republish it as a competing database, circumvent access limits, or use the service in a way that harms its operation.
Source data remains subject to the terms of its owners. The structure, links, classifications, texts and design of Phuturdex belong to Phuturdex. The Phuturdex name and logo may not be used without permission.
The service opens with your email: Phuturdex sends a sign-in number valid for 24 hours, no password. During early access, until 31 March 2027, every account has the whole service at no cost, with daily limits on lookups and exports that protect the service and the data. There is no automatic renewal or charge: at the end of the phase the account continues with the free features available at that time, and who signed up during early access (founder) will receive, at least 30 days before paid plans start, a notice with the reserved terms. During the phase we send a welcome email and, after the first week, an email with three questions about the service. Alternatively the service opens with a personal access code provided by Phuturdex, valid until the date communicated. Links and codes are personal, must not be shared with third parties and may be revoked at any time. Automated or systematic extraction of the data is not allowed. See also the privacy notice.
The site may show ads labelled “Sponsored” and links to third-party sites. Ads do not affect data or ranking. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites and advertisers.
To the extent permitted by law, Phuturdex is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information or from being unable to access the service. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence are not affected.
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
Italian law applies. Consumers keep the right to the courts of their place of residence or domicile.
